Train your nervous system to override its fight or flight system using modalities like meditation and breath work to help reduce stress.
Energy
Integrating the ancient wisdom + philosophy of yoga allows us to tap into our energy systems. We’ll explore our chakras, meridians, mudras, and more throughout session, moving us all towards greater self alignment in mind, body and spirit.
Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique used to identify trapped emotions and release them from the body.
Connect
We begin your virtual session talking through your goals and areas of concern together. I will often lead you in a brief guided meditation before beginning our work together.
Identify
The Emotion Code helps me identify emotional energies that have become trapped in your body. The beauty of energy work is that you do not relive these past emotions. We simply acknowledge they’re present and let go of what no longer serves us.
Release
Stuck emotional energies can lead to dis-ease, anxiety, and pain. They can block us from welcoming the flow of love, abundance, and wealth into our lives. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal, and physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.
