Where are Emotion Code sessions held?
The majority of my sessions are done virtually over the phone or on Zoom. Local clients have an option for in person sessions.
How long is an Emotion Code session?
Sessions are 30 minutes.
How should I prepare for my Emotion Code session?
Preparing a quiet space free of interruptions is ideal for energy healing. Bring a list of current issues, areas of concern, or goals you would like to work on.
My process is explained on the About pageI will document everything we do in our sessions and email you detailed notes of our findings. All you need to do is be present and engaged during the session, and I will do the rest!
Do I need experience to take a yoga class?
Absolutley not! I teach to all levels and abilities. Just give me a heads up before class so I know how to best assist you as we go.
What should I bring to yoga class?
A yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional props you prefer. If you’re joining from home and don’t have your own props, get creative! A rolled up towel, a stack of books, and a belt are great subs for a yoga blanket, blocks, and straps.
Do you teach private yoga classes?
